Renovation of farmhouse and plot

Javier and Mila lived in a farmhouse in the Valencian orchard. On October 29, the Dana storm destroyed everything they had worked for all their lives. Like many other affected families, they have found themselves alone and helpless, not knowing how to move forward after losing everything. Only friends, family, and volunteers went to help them.

Their farmhouse was severely damaged. Javier and Mila had invested their life savings into their home and now have no means to renovate it, so they depend on donations to move forward.

To rehabilitate it, the following objectives are required:

• Scraping and restoring walls with appropriate materials for dampness: 60,000.
• Anti-humidity self-leveling filler: 12,000.
• Porcelain floor and installation: 9,000.
• Totally new plumbing: 15,000.
• Complete electrical installation: 35,000.
• Repairing stairs and rebuilding pillars with footings: 45,000.
• Main access doors: 6,000.
• Destroyed perimeter fence: 15,000.
• Field cleaning with excavator, shovel, and containers: 30,000.
• Repairing irrigation basin and pump: 4,000.
• Repairing well and potable water pump: 5,000.

SUBTOTAL – 236,000 euros

Fund to cover association expenses: Advertising and online services for the family donation campaign, fuel, parking, transportation, vehicle rentals, tools, materials, or resources necessary for the campaign – 2% of the total* = 4,720.

TOTAL - 240,720 euros

*If the total fund amount is not fully used, the remainder will be allocated to the family.
